I'm motivated by the fact that the Legal team is directly involved in helping ClarusONE fulfil its purpose to enable access to affordable medicines.

The Legal function supports all ClarusONE functions and the leadership team in day-to-day operations, as well as acting as legal representative on projects and initiatives. We also collaborate with Member legal teams and coordinate advice from specialist external advisors.

We're a small but mighty team. We partner with the business to identify legal risks and opportunities and manage them in ways that support ClarusONE to achieve its objectives. We also provide a calendar of training on legal topics, to empower our business colleagues to understand the risks that affect our activities. Our legal and compliance advice ensures that ClarusONE's operations comply with UK and US laws and regulations.

I joined ClarusONE in September 2024. I find my role fulfilling because the Legal team gets involved in all aspects of what the business does. This means that we're able to work with a wide range of colleagues, we need a variety of skills and no two days are the same!
