What I love most about my role is ensuring the right medicine reaches the right patient at the right time, working in close partnership with our Members and manufacturers. Success depends on collaboration-identifying risks and opportunities early and developing joint strategies that minimise patient risk.

My team is responsible for sourcing generic pharmaceuticals, ensuring the ongoing availability and affordability of high-quality medicines for our Members and the patients they serve.

The Sourcing and Commercial Operations teams are ClarusONE's direct link to the market. We partner with suppliers, develop and execute joint sourcing strategies, and work closely with our Members to drive value and mitigate supply risk.

We also collaborate extensively with internal teams - including finance, technology, analytics and legal - to manage the business effectively and respond to the evolving needs of our Members, suppliers and the broader market.

What motivates me every day is our unwavering focus on availability and affordability, and the real impact that high-quality medicines have on patients' lives.
