We have around 100 employees who are dedicated to delivering value to our members, through sourcing models, product availability and supplier partnerships, while meeting customer needs.

I have a diverse role, largely focused on driving our People strategy, ensuring our teams are set up for success, partnering with our leaders on resource planning, performance, talent management and our engagement strategy. Through our annual engagement surveys, we commit to focussing on opportunities for improvement and evolving how we operate the business.

I genuinely enjoy being part of the ClarusONE team, working with an array of talented individuals. I joined the team in June 2023 and haven't looked back!
