I lead the Finance, Technology, Data & Analytics & Process Improvement functions. My role is to ensure the team has the resources it needs to create the biggest benefit for ClarusONE and our Members. There are lots of different specialisms in the Operations team but they're one thing that unites us. We're all enablers. The tools that we build and the insights we produce enable ClarusONE to be the best generic pharmaceuticals sourcing business.

The Operations teams are the engine room of the business, ensuring we have the right tools, data, insights and reporting to do our jobs in the most effective and efficient way. Not only do we scorecard performance, we also support innovative thinking and decision making at ClarusONE.

I've been with the company since 2019 and have seen so much change, both in the market we operate as well as the way we do business. Facing new challenges every year keeps the role fresh and exciting. Reflecting on my career, I've always enjoyed fixing things, making processes more efficient and being able to tell the story of business performance and the drivers of it. My job allows me to work with brilliant people to deliver these ambitions in ways that delight our stakeholders and give me an incredible sense of satisfaction.
